Luks4All offers convenient local pickup in Jelgava, as well as courier delivery within Latvia and worldwide.
Delivery Options
Orders can be received in two ways:
Local Pickup
Orders can be collected from the Luks4All address:

Jelgava, LV-3001, Latvia
Once the order is ready for pickup, we will contact the customer to arrange a convenient collection time.
Courier Delivery
Orders are delivered through the Swotzy delivery solution. Courier delivery is available within Latvia and to other countries worldwide.
Order Preparation and Delivery Time
Orders are processed after payment has been received. Order preparation may take up to 7 days.
Delivery within Latvia is usually completed within 2–4 business days after the order has been prepared and handed over for delivery.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, selected delivery method, and order size.
After the order has been prepared and handed over for delivery, the customer will receive order status information, if such information is available from the delivery service provider.
Delivery Cost
Delivery within Latvia is free for orders over €150.
For other orders, the delivery cost is calculated at checkout before the order is paid.
The delivery cost may vary depending on:
- the quantity of products ordered;
- the selected type of mouldings;
- the size of the products;
- the delivery address and country.
As moulding sets may differ in shape, length, and packaging size, the exact delivery cost is displayed during checkout.
International Delivery
Luks4All provides worldwide delivery. The cost of international delivery and the available delivery terms are calculated at checkout, based on the selected delivery address and order details.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges according to the regulations of the recipient’s country. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing the order.
If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the shipment may be returned to the sender. In such cases, additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipment
Upon receiving the order, please check the condition of the packaging and products. If the shipment is damaged or any product is missing, please contact us as soon as possible, including the order number and photos of the damage.
We will assess the situation and offer the most suitable solution.
