Refund policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order and return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product meets the return conditions set out in this policy.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Luks4All within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, providing the order number and information about the product they wish to return.

After receiving the withdrawal request, the customer will be provided with further information about the return process.

Return Conditions

A product may be returned if it:

has not been used, installed, damaged, or painted;
is in its original packaging;
is in complete set;
has not lost its original appearance and properties.

Luks4All has the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount if the product has been used, damaged, returned incomplete, or if its value has decreased due to the customer’s handling.

Custom Orders

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer’s individual order, personalized measurements, special requirements, or tailored to the customer’s specific needs.

Such products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the order is identified.

Return Costs

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was received damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not correspond to the order.

The customer is responsible for safely packaging and sending the product back to Luks4All.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If the received product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not correspond to the order, please contact Luks4All as soon as possible after receiving the product.

To assess the situation, please include:

the order number;
a description of the damage or non-conformity;
photos of the product and packaging.

After receiving the information, Luks4All will review the situation and offer the most appropriate solution.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If the return meets the conditions of this policy, the paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the day Luks4All receives the withdrawal request. However, Luks4All may withhold the refund until the product has been received back or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been sent back.
